    煤泥水中固体颗粒表面电性研究

    Study on surface electrical property of solid particles n coal slurry water

    • 摘要: 颗粒表面ξ电位对煤泥水的沉降特性有重要的影响,而煤泥水的酸碱度即pH值直接影响其所含颗粒的表面电性和凝聚剂(絮凝剂)在煤泥水中的存在形态,本次试验通过NaOH和HCl调节煤泥水的 pH值,采用微电泳仪测定煤泥水中固体颗粒的表面电位,试验测得当pH值等于2.7时,ξ电位等于0,即等电点为2.7。

       

      Abstract: The zeta-potential on particle surface has a great bearing on settling characteristics of solid particles in coal slurry water, and the pH value of the slurry water can directly affect the surface electric property of particles and the existence form of coagulant/flocculant in slurry water. Measurements of surface potential of solid particles in slurry water are made using microelectrophoresis apparatus after the pH value of the water is adjusted with NaOH and HCl. Test shows that at a pH value of 2.7, the zeta-potential is equal to zero, with an isoelectric point of 2.7.
