    选煤用磁铁矿粉衰减度的研究

    Study of the magnetic fading of magnetite powder for coal preparation use

    • 摘要: 选煤用磁铁矿粉作为易回收再利用的介质,在重介选煤中广泛应用,其回收性和重复使用稳定性直接影响消耗量和补介量,其消耗量的大小直接影响选煤厂的技术经济指标,但目前还没有对选煤用磁铁矿粉回收性和重复使用稳定性评价的指标。通过引用衰减率的概念并对选煤用磁铁矿粉磁性衰减度的性能进行了研究,并将其作为评价选煤用磁铁矿粉的可回收性的指标,研究其与选煤介耗的关系。以其作为调整补介量的参考,以达到优化选煤工艺参数的目的。

       

      Abstract: Magnetic powder as a kind of coal separation medium is widely used in heavy medium coal separation process for it can be easily recovered and recycled for reuse. The recoverability and recycling stability of the magnetite powder have a direct bearing on its consumption and make-up amount in coal separation process, and the consumption of the medium directly affects the technical performance of coal separation operation. However, so far, the criteria for the evaluation of the above-going 2 factors are still unavailable. A study is made in the paper of the magnetic fading characteristics of the magnetite powder for coal separation use based on the concept of fading rate—a criterion for evaluation of recoverability of the powder, as well as the fading rate in relation to medium consumption in coal washing process. The study result may serve as a reference for making appropriate adjustment of make-up medium volume for achieving an optimum coal washing performance.
