    超级重介质旋流器在淮北矿业的应用

    Application of the ultrahigh-capacity heavy medium cyclone at Huaibei Mining Company

    • 摘要: 为进一步提高原煤重介质旋流器的入料上限,并解决设备台时处理量受原煤矸石含量影响较大的实际问题,淮北矿业临涣选煤厂西区选煤车间1#系统采用1台S-3GHMC870/410型超级重介质旋流器替代原有的2台3GDMC1300/920A型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器。工业性试验表明,超级重介质旋流器不仅具有分选精度高、分选下限低、处理能力大、排矸能力大、节电效果明显等优点,同时大大简化了现有工艺系统。该设备在临涣选煤厂的成功应用证明了其工业化应用潜力和推广应用前景,并在临涣选煤厂2#与3#系统、涡北选煤厂、祁南选煤厂改造中进行了借鉴推广。

       

      Abstract: In order to further extend the upper size limit of raw coal feed of the existing H.M. cyclone and tackle the problem regarding the heavy impact on hourly capacity of the cyclone exerted by the high content of dirt in raw coal, a super S-3GHMC870/410 H.M. cyclone is applied in the 1# system of the plant's west section in replacement of the two 3GDMC1300/920A gravity-fed 3-product versions originally used. Industrial test shows that the super version can operate with a host of attractions, such as high separation sharpness, further reduced lower size limit of separation, high raw coal treating and deshaling capacities, and noticeably reduced power consumption, and its use can also lead to much simplification of existing washing system. The successful application of the cyclone well demonstrates its huge potential and broad prospect for widespread industrial application, and promotes its application later in the renovation of the plant's 2# and 3# systems, Guobei plant and Qinan plant.
