    晋华宫选煤厂技术改造的实践

    Practice of technological upgrading of Jinhuagong Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决晋华宫选煤厂分选能力不足,破碎粒度上限难以控制和产品发热量不稳定带来的销售问题,通过对煤质、分选工艺、工艺布置等方面的对比分析,确定了增加块煤浅槽重介分选系统的选煤厂技术改造方案。项目投产后实现了设计目标,提高了分选处理能力,达到了按需分选的要求。

       

      Abstract: Because of the insufficiency of the treating capacity, as well as the diffeculties in control of the upper size limit of crushed product and instability of calorific value of product, the plant meets difficulties in marketing of its coal products. Based on the result of comparative analysis of the coal property, cleaning systems and process layout, the plant is technologically upgraded through the addition of a heavy medium separation system for treating coarse coal with shallow-trough separator. The commissioning of the upgraded project has achieved the design target and led to increase of treating capacity and the possibility to make coal separation according to requirement.
