    基于介质流程定量解析重介选工艺的若干热点问题

    Quantitative interpretation of several hot points at issue in relation to heavy medium separation process from the perspective of medium circulation process flowsheet

    • 摘要: 针对重介质选煤技术中,尤其是大型三产品重介质旋流器分选工艺方面常见的技术问题进行研究。研究表明,在维持分选密度稳定的前提下,应遵循介质循环量中煤泥含量保持动态平衡的原则,保持此动态平衡是保证重介质系统始终稳定运行的决定性因素。通过流程计算中的定量分析,解析了泵的能耗与节能措施、不脱泥无压与脱泥有压及脱泥无压三种入料方式的比较、分流的目的与作用、粗煤泥分选的意义、浅槽重介高密度排矸脱泥工艺的选择等重介选的若干热点问题,以期促进选煤技术的高质量发展。

       

      Abstract: A study is made of the general technical points at issue regarding heavy medium coal separation process, particularly the process involving the use of large-sized 3-product H. M. cyclone. The study shows that apart from the prerequisite of maintaining a stable separationg density, the principle of keeping dynamic equilibrium of content of fine coal in circulating medium needs to be followed—a decisive factor for ensuring the stable operation of the heavy medium system throughout the separation process. Based on the quantitative analysis made through process flowsheet related computation, the author presents a clear interpretation of the following hot points at issue relating to heavy medium separation process: energy consumption of medium pump and energy-saving measures; comparison of advances of 3 kinds of cyclones—gravity-fed cyclone treating undislimed coal; pressure-fed cyclone treating dislimed coal and gravity-fed cyclone treating dislime coal; the purpose of splitting up medium flow and functions of split flow ; the significance of coarse slime separation; and the use of shallow-bath heavy medium separator to make high-density separation for raw coal deshaling and disliming. The study made is intended to promote the high-quality development of coal preparation technology.
