    跳汰选煤工艺中增加块中煤回洗环节的实践

    Practice of adding coarse middling product rewashing link in coal jigging process

    • 摘要: 为解决聚隆矿业有限公司选煤厂在跳汰分选无烟煤过程中矸石和中煤里精煤损失大的问题,在跳汰工艺中增加了块中煤回选环节,稳定了跳汰机中煤段的重产物床层,减少了矸中带煤和中煤带精煤量,取得了良好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In jigging separation of anthracite, a great amount of clean coal is lost in refuse and middling products. To cope with this situation, a coarse middling products rewashing link is added in the jigging process. Practice shows that a favorable economic result has been obtained due to stability of the heavy materials bed in the washbox's middlings compartment and decrease of entrainment of clean coal in refuse and middling products.
