    浮选自动加药及乳化控制系统在吕家坨选煤厂的应用

    Application of the automatic agent dosing and emulsion control system at Lyujiatuo Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对浮选成本高、效率低,浮选精煤质量难以保证的问题,吕家坨选煤厂的浮选自动加药及乳化控制系统采用以S7-300 PLC为控制器,用电磁流量计和煤泥浓度计分别检测进入浮选系统的流量和浓度,PLC计算药剂的加入量,变频控制计量泵,乳化器实时准确的对药剂实施乳化和加入。生产实践表明,控制软件采用人工智能技术并结合数字滤波,使测量、计算数据存储数据曲线,药剂消耗量准确可靠。

       

      Abstract: High operating cost, low efficiency and difficulty in control of quality of flotation concentrate are the challenges facing the flotation system of the plant. To address these problems, an automatic agent dosing and emulsion control system is applied. The system uses the S7-300 PLC as controller, and measures the pulp flow rate and density using respectively electromagnetic flowmeter and densitometer.In this system , after the dosage is calculated by PLC, the agent is dosed using frequency-conversion metering pump while the emulsion of the agent is timely and accurately made by an emulsifier. Practice shows that the use AI-based control software plus digital filtering technology makes it possible to realize reliable storage of measured and calculated data and data curves as well as accurate control of agent consumption.
