    灵新选煤厂增加振动筛的改造应用

    Application of vibrating screens in renovation of Lingxin Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决灵新选煤厂跳汰分选机分选精度不高,< 13 mm粒级不能得到有效分选的问题,通过深入的研究发现, 矸石中< 30 mm矸石发热量在8.36~10.04 MJ/kg之间,浮沉实验< 1.70 g/cm密度级含量平均在3.5%~6%之间,且对上浮物进行筛分分析发现主要粒级集中在< 30 mm粒级中。通过简单的技术改造,将矸石中< 30 mm的末矸部分筛分后掺入末煤,显著降低了灵新选煤厂矸石带煤率,降低了矸石排放量,并提高了末煤产量, 取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: The challenges facing Lingxin Plant are low separation sharpness of jigging system and ineffective separation of the < 13 mm size coal. Investigation indicates that the < 30 mm refuse product has a calorific value of 8.36~10.04 MJ/kg with the content of the < 1.70 g/cm density fractions of being 3.5%~6% on average, and as evidenced by screening analysis of the floats, the floats are mainly in the < 30 mm size fractions. Through a simple technical transformation of screening and blending the < 30 mm refuse into small coal product, there have been seen a noticeable drop of loss of clean coal in refuse, reduced refuse dumping rate and increased yield of cleaned small coal, bringing about a favorable social and economic result for the plant.
