    • 摘要: 重介选煤厂生产过程是动态变化的。生产系统中桶液位和悬浮液密度的调节与控制非常关键,它们的稳定与否,会对介耗、产品质量、生产效率等指标产生重要影响。对稀介质桶(除合格介质桶以外的所有缓冲桶)来讲,当出现桶液位问题时,应调控来料,包括循环水和生产系统直接来料;对合格介质桶来讲,当出现桶液位和悬浮液密度问题时,调控遵循的原则是先保主选、再保再选,先保悬浮液密度、再保桶液位。

       

      Abstract: Heavy medium coal separation is a dynamically variable process. The adjustment and control of medium level in tank and medium suspension density play a crucial role in the process. The stability of the abovementioned 2 factors have a great bearing on the medium consumption, product quality and separation efficiency. Whenever the liquid level in a dilute medium tank (all buffer tanks excepting qualified medium tanks) varys abnormally, adjustment needs to be made of the inlet of medium, circulating water and the medium-water mixture directly from separation system. As for the qualified medium tank, if any abnormal change of liquid level or suspension density occurs, the principle of making the corresponding adjustment required first for the primary washing process and then the secondary washing process and adjusting first suspension density and then liquid level needs to be followed.
