    叠层高频振动细筛在七星选煤厂的应用

    Application of the stacked-type high-frequency vibrating fine screen at Qixing Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决粗煤泥高灰细泥含量高,导致粗精煤产品灰分偏高,从而引起重介精煤“背灰”严重的难题,提出采用叠层高频振动细筛用于粗精煤分选回收工艺进行脱泥降灰。应用结果表明:叠层高频振动细筛用于七星选煤厂粗精煤的脱泥可有效降低粗精煤灰分。

       

      Abstract: The ash of the coarse clean coal product of the plant is considerably high because of the high content of high-ash fine slime in coarse-grained slime. As a result, the heavy medium separation process has to reduce the ash of its clean coal product to an unnecessarily low level. To address the knotty problem, it is proposed to use a stacked-type high-frequency vibrating fine screen for desliming and ash reduction of coarse slime. Practice shows that the application of the screen can lead to effective reduction of the ash of coarse clean coal product.
