    Application of the PLC-based and touch screen controlled teetered-bed separator at Yanjiahe Coal Preparation Plant in northwest China's Shaanxi Province

    • 摘要: 为了提高MJXJ型TBS干扰床分选机的分选效率和精度,采用PLC与触摸屏联合控制的方法监测并控制TBS的运行过程,各个阀门、执行器由PLC控制,顶水流量、床层密度和实时流态分别通过超声波流量计、密度计采集到PLC中,利用PLC自带的PID功能,通过触摸屏显示,最终实现TBS的稳定高效运行,提高了分选效率。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the separation efficiency and sharpness of the MJXJ Teetered-bed separator (TBS), the PLC and touch screen integrated method is applied for monitoring and control of the separator's operating process. Practice shows the combined control mode has met with a remarkably good result, much improving the separator's operating efficiency. All of the valves and actuators are under PLC control, and the upward water flow and bed density values and real-time flow state are respectively measured and collected by flowmeter and densimeter and then sent to PLC. These data can be displayed on touch screen through processing with PLC's self-contained PID function, so as to enable TBS to operate in a highly efficient and reliable manner.
