    基于STM32的压滤机控制器的设计

    Design of the STM32-based filter press controller

    • 摘要: 针对压滤机组配合控制的需要,开发了基于STM32的具有CAN通讯功能的压滤机控制器。该控制器以STM32F103ZET6为控制核心,硬件设计中仅需外扩I/O、EEPROM等外围电路;软件基于 FreeRTOS操作系统进行开发,将系统功能划分为多个任务加以实现;利用STM32芯片内置的CAN控制器实现多台压滤机控制器间的通讯; 使压滤机的控制与通讯功能全部得以实现。

       

      Abstract: To cater to the need for coordinated control of a group of filter presses, a STM32-based controller with CAN communication function is specifically developed. The controller operates with STM32F103ZET as the core and only such peripheral circuits as I/O and EEPROM are required. The software for the controller is developed based on the Free RTOS operating system which has divided functions for executing different assigned tasks. Through the use of the STM32 chip's built-in CAN controller, it is possible to perform intercommunication and control functions for all operating filter presses.
