    Application of the PLC controller in the control system of the WZY 1400 horizontal centrifuge

    • 摘要: 离心脱水机控制柜主要对主电机、振动电机、油泵电机进行控制,一般采用独立启停控制,不能实现一键启动,现场操作不便,通过引入PLC控制器,控制PLC内部的时间继电器实现离心脱水机控制系统在设定的时间按照控制顺序要求启动、停止各电机,从而实现了自动启停功能;同时采用PLC控制器作为控制核心,达到了系统的小型化和稳定性的目的,使该系统无论从效率还是功能上都获得了质的飞跃,很好地满足了客户提出的各项技术要求。

       

      Abstract: The control console of the dewatering centrifuge principally functions for the control of the three kinds of motors, main motor, vibrating motor and oil pump motor, and the start/stop of these motors is generally controlled separately without the possibility to effect overall control by simply pushing one key. This poses operation difficulties on site. Through the introduction of the PLC-based controller, the start/stop of all the pumps can be effected by the centrifuges' control system sequentially according to the built-in time relay's preset time. With the use of PLC controller as the core of the control system of centrifuge, the control system is miniaturized and can operate with a higher reliability. The development of the PLC controller proves to be a qualitative leap in terms of efficiency and functionality, and can well meet the various technical requirements of users.
