    Application of the TDS intelligent dry cleaning machine at Wangjiata Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决王家塔选煤厂系统提质和扩能需求,经过技术可行性分析,引入TDS智能干选机,与传统水洗工艺相比,TDS、脱粉、浅槽重介配合实现了150~6 mm动力煤有效分选,降低了煤泥产率,提高了块煤产品的产量和质量,每年可产生2 365.98万元的经济效益,为动力煤选煤厂提质、扩能提供了新思路。

       

      Abstract: In order to cater to the need for upgrading of coal cleaning system and expansion of capacity of Wangjiata Coal Preparation Plant, following a technical feasibility study, the TDS intelligent dry cleaning machine is introduced. Unlike the traditional wet cleaning process, the upgraded system operates with a combined processes consisting of TDS, fines removal screen and shallow-bath heavy medium separator, which can effectively treat the 150~6 mm power coal. The use of the system has led to less generation of coal slime and enhanced coarse coal yield and quality, creating, as a result, an economic gain of 23.6598 million yuan for the plant per year. It proves to be a new approach for the upgrading and expansion of capacity of power coal cleaning plants.
