    马头洗选厂应用粗煤泥分选工艺处理中煤磁选尾矿的实践

    The practice of treating magnetic tailings of middling product using coarse slime separation process at Matou Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 介绍了马头洗选厂的工艺流程特点,分析了中煤磁选尾矿的特性以及现处理方式的局限性;增加了中煤磁选尾矿粗煤泥分选工艺,既回收了中煤磁选尾矿中的粗粒精煤,又通过提前排出细粒高灰煤泥,改善了浮选入料的分选难度,有效提高了精煤产率。

       

      Abstract: Based on the features of the washing processes applied at Matou Washery and the result of analysis of the characteristics of the magnetic tailings of middling product as well as the limitations of the process currently applied for treating such tailings, the coarse slime separation process is incorporated for treating the tailings. The addition of the process makes it possible for the plant to recover coarse clean coal from magnetic tailings, lessen the flotation difficulty because of preremoval of fine slime from flotation feed, and increase clean coal yield.
