    马头洗选厂降低浮选药剂消耗的探索与研究

    Exploration of the methods for reducing consumption of flotation agent at Matou Coal Washery

    • 摘要: 马头洗选厂为进一步降低浮选药剂消耗,通过一系统技术改造、设备扩能、工艺优化、制度考核等工作,完善了浮选系统工艺和浮选操作制度,探索总结出有效可行的降低浮选药剂消耗的系列方法。目前浮选系统生产效果良好,东、西两系统的入浮煤泥量在2000 m3/h左右,浮选精煤灰分在10.00%~11.00%之间,浮选尾煤灰分65.00%以上,每吨精煤的浮选药剂用量由2016年的0.5 kg降低至2019年的0.36 kg,原煤煤质较好时甚至下降至0.33 kg,经济效益显著。

       

      Abstract: For further reducing consumption of flotation agent, Matou Coal Washery has adopted a series of effective and workable methods based on result of extensive exploration, which include, among others, technical transformation, increase of capacities of process equipment, optimization of process, making routine technical and economical checking against set standards, and improvement of flotation process and operation system. Through adoption of these methods, the east and the west flotation systems are both working remarkably well with a combined pulp throughput of 2, 000 m3/h, a concentrate ash of 10.00%~11.00% and an ash of tailings of above 65.00%. The consumption of flotation agent per ton of concentrate produced is drastically reduced from 0.5 kg in 2016 to 0.36 kg in 2019, which can even further for drop down to 0.33 kg in the case of treating a feed with a favorable property. The adoption of the methods has led to improved economic result.
