    Exploration and practice of the optimization of the flotation separation performance at Matou Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 马头洗选厂从优化浮选入料粒度、降低浮选入料浓度两方面入手,对浮选系统进行优化改造,使浮选精煤灰分稳定到11%以下、浮选尾煤灰分提高10个百分点以上,提高了浮选分选效果。在稳定浮选精煤灰分的同时,减少了重介“背灰”现象,提高了重介精煤回收率,创造了可观的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: work is made on the optimization of the flotation system of the plant proceeding from 2 aspects: optimization of feed size and reduction of pulp density. Through the above-going optimization work, the flotation performance is much improved with the ash of flotation concentrate maintaining at a level of below 11% and a rise of the ash of tailings by over 10 percentage points. Moreover, with the stabilization of the concentrate ash, it is possible to reduce the ash of the clean coal product of the plant′s heavy medium separation system. This has led to not only an increase of the recovery of the heavy medium separated clean coal, but also a substantially favorable economic result.
