    Optimization of the flotation system of Handan Coal Preparation Plant-experimental study and application

    • 摘要: 邯郸洗选厂入选四个矿的原煤,个别原煤煤质较差,煤泥含量大,浮选指标较难控制,通过试验研究,探究出能更好地适应于四种煤质的浮选药剂和工艺优化,试验结果表明:KD型环保药剂比辉县药剂浮选更高效,药耗比辉县药剂低40%;同时提高浮选矿浆预处理器的搅拌转速,强化调浆过程,对四种煤的煤泥浮选效果皆有较大的提升。

       

      Abstract: The raw coal treated by Handan Coal Preparation Plant comes from 4 different mines. The flotation indices are found difficult to control for the relatively poor quality and high content of fine slime of individual coal. To tackle this problem, experimental study is made to explore the optimum flotation agent and process that can better adapt to the different properties of the raw coal. Study result shows that in comparison with the Huixian agent, the KD environmentally-friendly agent is much more effective and its consumption is 40% lower, and the increase of agitating speed of pulp preconditioner and intensification of pulp conditioning process can result in noticeable improvement of flotation performance.
