    煤泥重介分选工艺中分级环节的试验研究

    Experimental study of the classification link in coal slime heavy medium separation process

    • 摘要: 针对目前粗煤泥在分选工艺中出现重复分选的问题,临涣选煤厂从实际出发,提出新工艺,即用“煤泥重介质旋流器+精煤泥弧形筛(筛缝0.3 mm)”代替原有系统,使煤泥重介质旋流器有效分选下限降低至0.1 mm,避免煤泥重复分选,解决了浮选压力大等问题,提高了企业经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: The trouble with the coarse slime separation process currently used, the slime is subjected to repeated separation processes. To address this issue and in line with specific conditions, a new process of using fine coal heavy medium cyclone and clean slime sieve bend (aperture:0.3 mm) is proposed to replace the original washing system. Application of the new process makes it possible to enable H.M. cyclone to wash down to 0.1 mm, avoid repeated separation of slime, reduce the load of flotation circuit and improve social and economic benefits of enterprise.
