    邯郸洗选厂降低介耗的技术优化实践

    Practice of the optimization of technical approach for cutting down medium consumption at Handan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对介质循环系统存在的问题,邯郸洗选厂开展了一系列有效的措施,如采取改造脱介筛入料箱结构、悬挂挡皮措施使入料减缓,定期清理合介段筛板筛缝保证脱介效果,加装两道大小除杂装置彻底解决脱介筛喷嘴堵塞的问题,采取更换合适的脱介筛筛板筛缝解决磁选机堵塞翻花问题等措施,有效地降低了吨原煤介质消耗,由最初的0.72 kg降为0.40 kg,每年为单位节约资金56.32万元,降低了选煤成本,提高企业效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the problems encountered in the medium circulation system, a series of effective measures have been adopted, including remolding structural design of feed box of medium draining screen, hanging baffle plates to decrease feeding velocity, cleaning regularly the opening of screen′s qualified medium section to improve medium draining effect, adding a larger and a smaller dirt removal devices to thoroughly eliminate the phenomena of plugging of screen′s spray nozzles, and switching to the use of appropriate screen deck with reduced size of openings to avoid tossing of liquid surface due to blocking of magnetic separator. The adoption of the measures has led to effective reduction of consumption of medium per ton of raw coal treated from 0.72 kg down to 0.40 kg, enabling the plant to save an amount of 563, 200 yuan per year, cut down coal preparation costs and improve economic performance.
