    Analysis of the establishment of the large coal blending center of Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决作为中央型选煤厂,并在环保的严格要求下,停止公路运输后,原煤供给、产品质量以及生产组织过程中存在的问题,太原选煤厂进一步完善原煤配洗、精煤和副产品配装等工艺环节,形成了完善的配煤系统,最终实现了原煤分储配洗、精煤和副产品分储配装、原煤及产品的全铁路运输系统,真正将太原选煤厂建成工艺成熟可靠的配煤中心。

       

      Abstract: Because of the strict environmental protection requirement and the banning of highway transport of coal, Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant as a central coal preparation plant is confronting challenges in raw coal supply, product quality and production organization related aspects. In order to cope with this situation, a perfect coal blending center is formed through further improvement of the existing raw coal, clean coal and by-products blending systems. Through the center, it is finally possible to have the raw coal, clean coal and by-products stored or out loaded either separately or in a blended manner, and to realize all-railway, transport of coal. The center proves to be a technologically matured reliable coal blending center of Taiyuan plant.
