    选煤厂煤泥水处理的理论研究进展

    Advances in theoretical study on treatment of coal slime water of coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 煤泥水处理是湿法选煤厂的重要工艺环节,贯穿煤炭洗选整个过程。难处理煤泥水影响多数选煤厂的正常生产。目前,煤泥水处理多集中在工艺、设备、药剂等方面,而理论机理方面尚需更加深入的研究。论述了近年来国内外有关煤泥水处理理论研究进展,以及分形理论、DLVO理论在煤泥水处理中应用,提出分形DLVO假说,以期指导煤泥水的澄清处理工艺,提高煤泥水处理效果,达到环境保护与煤炭清洁生产的要求。

       

      Abstract: In coal preparation plant suing wet method, coal slime water treatment constitutes an important process link involving even the entire coal washing process. The difficulties in treating the water exert an adverse effect on the normal operation of a great majority of coal preparation plants. At the present, the emphasis of study is directed largely toward the slime water treatment process, equipment and reagents while the related theory and mechanism in this aspect still awaits in-depth investigation. Following an elaboration on the advances made in theoretical research both at home and abroad in recent years, as well as the introduction of the fractal theory and DLVO hypothesis is proposed for guiding the slime water clarification process, so as to achieve an improved result and meet the environmental protection and clean coal production requirements.
