    XJM-S45型浮选机叶轮参数与流场模拟及结构优化研究

    Simulation of the flow field produced by the impeller with varying parameters and study on structural optimization of impeller of the XJM-S45 flotation cell

    • 摘要: 运用CFD软件对XJM-S45型浮选机初始样机进行了数值模拟,通过改变叶轮结构和参数,计算在不同叶轮结构和参数下浮选机的流场特征参数值,由叶轮排液量、功率等流场特征参数值随叶轮结构及参数的变化关系,确定了XJM-S45型浮选机叶轮最佳转速为136 r/min,叶轮最佳叶片数目为8片,叶轮下层叶片的最佳后倾角度为原始角度增大5°,实现了XJM-S45型浮选机叶轮的结构优化。

       

      Abstract: Numerical simulation is made of the prototype XJM-S45 flotation machine using CFC software. The characteristic parameters of the flow field at different impeller structural and running parameters are calculated. According to the variation of the characteristic parameters like impeller's fluid displacement and power in relation to the impeller's structural and operating parameters, the optimum impeller parameters as follows are determined, thus realizing the structural optimization of the impeller of the XJM-S45 flotation machine: speed-136 r/min; number of blades-8; back inclination angle of lower blade-5 degrees larger than the original design.
