    煤系高岭土风力分选脱碳提质探究性试验研究

    Exploratory and experimental study on upgrading of coal-series Kaolin through decarbonization using pneumatic separation method

    • 摘要: 煤系高岭土是一种煤系共伴生矿物,因含有大量有机碳、夹矸煤以及砂岩等杂质而难以利用。风力干法分选是一种不用水、流程简单的分选方法,通过对比几种常见的风力干法分选技术设备,分析各技术设备的优缺点,并针对煤系高岭土进行了探索性试验研究。结果表明:具有大冲程的FX型风力干选机较冲程较小的FGX型复合式干选机对煤系高岭土有更好的脱炭提质效果。

       

      Abstract: Coal-series Kaolin is a kind of associated mineral of coal-series formation which is difficulty to be utilized for its high content of organic carbon, intergrown coal, sandstone and other impurities. Pneumatic dry separation method offers the derits of using no water and is simple in process flowsheet. Based on comparative study of several commonly used dry cleaning equipment and analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages, experimental study on dry separation of coal-series Kaolin is made. Test result shows that compared with the FGX compound dry cleaning machine which has a smaller stroke, the use of the FX large-stroke version can yield a better Kaolin decarbonization and upgrading result.
