    选煤厂高泥化煤泥水沉降及助滤试验研究

    Experimental study on sedimentation and filter aid of high-muddy coal slurry of coal preparation plant

    • 摘要: 高泥化煤泥水由于泥化严重,煤泥水高灰细泥增多,难以沉降,同时煤泥粘性强,板框压滤机循环时间长,脱水困难、处理效率低,严重制约选煤厂的正常生产。以选煤厂煤泥水处理问题为基础,通过对煤泥水性质研究,结合文家坡选煤厂生产实践对其进行药剂沉降试验。最终经现场工业试验及经济效益分析旨在为选煤厂煤泥水处理问题的解决提供理论参考依据。

       

      Abstract: The presence of the highly degradable coal in slurry water makes the latter very difficult to undergo sedimentation. For treating the highly sticky slurry, the plate-and-frame filter press generally operates with a long cycle time and a low efficiency due to the difficulty in dewatering of such a material, which seriously restricts the normal operation of the plant. In order to tackle the problems involved in the treatment of such a kind of slurry water in coal preparation plant, test on slurry sedimentation is made with the use of filter aids based on the analysis of the property of the coal slurry water and in line with the specific conditions of Wenjiapo Coal Preparation Plant. As evidenced by result of industrial test and economic analysis, the study may serve as a theoretical reference basis for solving the problems in the treatment of coal slurry water of coal preparation plants.
