    对一种新型旋流器入料结构的探索与研究

    Exploration and study of a new type of feed inlet structure of heavy medium cyclone

    • 摘要: 以旋流器不同的入料结构对内部流场与分选效果的影响为切入点,研究并分析了螺旋入料结构的优缺点。利用三维仿真分析软件对比两种入料结构中旋流器内部压力分布、速度分布、密度分布以及综合其结构的特点分析,研究表明:相比其他入料结构,螺旋入料结构具有流场稳定性好、分选精度高、节能高效、使用寿命长等优点,为新结构旋流器在选矿领域的应用提供了理论与技术支持。

       

      Abstract: The paper starts with a study of the effect on the internal flow field and separation performance of a heavy medium cyclone produced by different types of feed inlet structures, and then a new type of feed inlet structure is proposed, and both its advantages and disadvantages are studied and analyzed. Two different types of feed inlet structures and their respective features are compared in terms of the internal pressure distribution. Velocity distribution and density distribution, by using the 3-dimensional simulation analysis software. As evidenced by study result, compared with the other types of feed inlet structures, the spiral type offers the special features of being able to ensure a more stable internal flow field and a higher separation precision. Its other attractions include less energy consumption, higher efficiency and longer service life. The study result provides a theoretical and and technical support for the application of structurally novel H. M. cyclone in the coal washing sphere.
