Application of the large-size cyclo-microbubble flotation column at Binhu Coal Preparation Plant

摘要: 介绍了FCMC-5500大型旋流微泡浮选柱的工作原理、结构特点以及在滨湖选煤厂煤泥分选中的应用。生产实践表明：该浮选柱具有非常好的选择性，降灰显著，能够为选煤厂创造良好的经济效益，且投资回收期短；作为一种细粒煤分选设备，具有广泛的工业推广应用前景。

Abstract: An introduction is made in the paper to the working principle and structural features of the FCMC-5500 large-size cyclo-microbubble flotation column and the result of its application for fine coal flotation at Binhu Coal Preparation Plant. Field application shows that the flotation column can operate with a high selectivity, a noticeably good ash reduction effect and a favorable economic result. Moreover, the pay-back period is short. As a fine coal separation equipment, it has a broad prospect for widespread industrial application.
