    Application of the DF-5756A online radiation-free ash monitor at Zhenchengdi Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 简要介绍人工采制化方法在实际操作中存在的弊端和当前市场普遍使用的煤质在线检测设备的缺点,阐述了镇城底矿选煤厂引进(DF-5756A)无源灰水仪的组成、其特点工作原理及技术特点,并对无源灰水仪需解决的相关问题及其显示的优势进行探讨。试验研究表明,无源灰水仪在镇选实际应用效果良好, 测量精密度满足标准要求,操作测量性能符合生产要求。

       

      Abstract: In view of the drawbacks of artificial sampling and preparation process and the online coal ash determination devices currently available on the market, the DF-5756A passive ash monitor is introduced. A description is made in the paper of the make-up, working principle and the technical and display features of the monitor, as well as the points requiring attention in its use. Experimental study shows that the monitor works remarkably well at Zhenchengdi Mine Coal Preparation Plant with its accuracy and performance well up to the specified standard and requirement.
