    太原选煤厂重介工艺系统优化实践

    Improvement and optimization of the heavy medium separation system of Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对实际生产过程中存在的问题,太原选煤厂从增加原煤脱泥、粗煤泥分选环节,对原有工艺系统进行改造,生产实践表明,改造后该厂采用原煤脱泥+三产品重介质旋流器+CSS粗煤泥分选机+浮选联合分选工艺。提升了重介系统处理能力,实现了重介悬浮液分流的自动控制。

       

      Abstract: Following an analysis of the problems encountered by Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant in actual coal cleaning operation, the paper goes to elaborate on the renovation of the palnt's existing coal cleaning systems. The renovation work involves mainly addition of raw coal desliming process, coarse slime separation link, increase of capacity of heavy medium separation system and introduction of medium suspension split flow automatic control system. Through renovation, the plant is now operating with a combined processes formed up by raw coal desliming process, coarse coal 3-product H.M. cyclone separation process, coarse slime CSS separation process and fine coal flotation process.
