    新巨龙选煤厂浮选尾煤高效分级技术研究

    Application of the flotation tailings high-efficiency sizing technology at Xinjulong Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对浮选生产工艺存在二次浮选尾煤“跑煤”现象,二次浮选尾煤浓度达到91.34 g/L、灰分为27.67%,精煤损失较为严重的问题,新巨龙选煤厂通过对二次浮选尾煤生产工艺进行优化,增加1台高频细筛与分级旋流器组进行串联,对二次浮选尾煤进行高效分级脱泥降灰后回收精煤产品;改造实施后二次浮选尾煤脱泥降灰效果较为明显,最终末精煤产品灰分为8.56%,精煤产品回收率增加0.26个百分点,企业经济效益显著提高。

       

      Abstract: Xinjulong Coal Preparation Plant is facing the trouble of having a heavy loss of clean coal in tailings product of secondary flotation process. The tailings product has a density of 91.34 g/L and an ash of only 27.67%. Through technical renovation of the secondary flotation system and addition of one high-frequency fine screen which works in series with a battery of cyclone classifiers, the coal particles lost in tailings can now be recovered by taking high-efficiency tailings classification, desliming and ash reduction measures. The efforts made has yielded a noticeably good result as the ash of the final small coal product is reduced to 8.56% and the yield of clean coal product is increased by 0.26 percentage point, creating as a result a favorable economic result.
