    The measures adopted by Daoqing Coal Preparation Co. Ltd. for reducing clean coal moisture and the effect obtained

    • 摘要: 道清选煤有限公司入洗道清煤矿原煤,因道清煤矿原煤煤质较软,且采煤方式为水力采煤法,对煤炭破碎程度较大,造成原煤中<0.5 mm粒级比例上升,因此精煤产品中<0.5 mm粒级比例随之上升,精煤水分一直居高不下,冬季装车困难,无效运输增多。针对此项问题,道清选煤有限公司经过一年来的努力,从生产技术到管理上进行了一系列大刀阔斧的改革,使精煤水分降低了2个百分点,在技术、经济和管理上取得了良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: The raw coal treated by Daoqing Coal Preparation Co. Ltd. is a kind of soft coal coming from the Daoqing hydromine. Because of the high degree of size diminution, the raw coal contains a rising proportion of < 0.5 mm fine coal, causing, as a result, the corresponding increase of the proportion of < 0.5 mm coal in clean coal product. Moreover, as the clean coal product always maintains a high level of moisture, it is difficult to have it outloaded in winter, and the idle transportation of the product is seen to be increased. To address the issue, a series of measures have been adopted for the drastic reform of all the aspects starting from coal cleaning technology down to plant management over a period of one year. Through the renovation work, the moisture of clean coal is reduced by 2%, creating a favorable result in technological, economical and managerial aspects.
