    跳汰分选机在阳泉集团五矿矸石再选系统的应用

    Application of the jigging machine for rewashing coal refuse at No.5 Mine Washery of Yangquan Coal Group

    • 摘要: 阳煤集团五矿选煤厂由于受现有洗选工艺环节的限制,中煤和矸石混合外排,不仅造成产品的损失,资源的浪费,而且给周边的环境带来一定的影响,为了积极响应阳煤集团“吃干榨尽、环保节约”的洗选理念,达到提高产品回收率,增加经济效益的目的,分析了采用跳汰分选机对中煤和矸石产品再选的实际应用状况。生产实践表明,增加矸石再选系统后,进一步回收了精煤产品,实现了煤炭资源的充分利用和经济效益的最大化,同时也消除了环境污染的隐患。

       

      Abstract: Given the inherent limitation of the currently used coal washing processes, the middling and refuse are dumped in a mixed manner, causing therefore loss and waste of coal resources and an adverse effect on environment of surrounding area. In order to abide by the business principle of allowing no loss of coal and no environment pollution and practising strict economy, increase recovery of coal product and improve economic performance, the middling and refuse products are rewashed using jigging machine. An analysis of the result obtained in field application of this process is made in the paper. Practice shows that the application of the rewashing process makes it possible to increase recovery of clean coal product, make full use of coal resources, maximize economic benefit and elimination of risk of environmental pollution.
