    吕临能化选煤厂铁路专用线增效运输系统的设计与应用

    Design and application of synergistic transportation system for special railway of Lyulin Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了释放铁路专用线的发运能力,有效缓解周边地区矿井煤炭资源运输效率低、运输成本高的问题,吕临能化选煤厂结合产品运输工艺与场地现有条件,巧妙利用原有的部分建筑物进行局部改造并新建气膜储煤棚作为转运点设计和实施了铁路专用线增效运输系统。生产实践表明:铁路专用线增效运输系统的应用达到了预期效果,使选煤厂完全具备了代加工和代发运周边地区矿井煤炭资源的能力,促进了当地经济快速发展,为企业带来经济效益的同时提升了企业的社会形象。

       

      Abstract: In order to unleash the shipping capacity of the special railway and effectively alleviate the problems of low efficiency and high cost in transportation of coal resources from mines in surrounding area, a synergistic system for the special railway is designed and developed by Lyulin Coal Preparation Plant through making ingeniously local of a gas-film coal storage shed for use as a transfer point, in line with the plant's product transport process and specific site conditions. Practice shows that the application of the efficiency augmentation system has achieved the expected result, making it possible for the plant to have the ability to process and ship the coal resources of the mines in surrounding area on a commission basis, promote the rapid growth of local economy, and enhance the economic benefits for and social image of the enterprise.
