    Study and application of coal preparation plant automatic control system′s anti-interference technology

    • 摘要: 对选煤厂自动控制系统稳定性造成影响的干扰因素进行了简要介绍,从电磁干扰和非电磁干扰两方面着手,详细分析了干扰的作用机理和对控制系统造成的危害,然后分别从硬件设计和软件程序两个方面提出相应的抗干扰措施,以强化选煤厂自动控制系统的抗干扰能力,提高系统的稳定性,保证选煤厂的安全可靠生产,最后介绍了抗干扰措施在选煤厂的实际应用效果。希望能为从事选煤厂自动控制系统设计和操作管理的相关技术人员提供一定的借鉴和参考。

       

      Abstract: Following a brief introduction to the factors that impact the stability of coal preparation automatic control system, the paper presents a detailed analysis of the mechanisms of the interference effect as well as the harms that may pose to the automatic control system caused by the disturbing factors. In order to enhance the anti-interference capability and reliability of coal preparation plant automatic control system for ensuring safe and reliable operation of the plant, the corresponding anti-interference measures that need to be taken in the aspects of hardware design and software program are respectively proposed. Finally, the remarkable effect obtained in field application of the anti-interference technology in coal preparation plants is introduced, which may serve as a reference for the coal preparation plant automatic control system designers and relevant operating and managerial personnel.
