    煤泥水处理新方法研究进展及发展趋势

    Progress and developing trend of the research work on new coal slurry water treatment methods

    • 摘要: 针对常规煤泥水药剂易造成污染,不利于实现绿色选煤和煤炭清洁生产与利用,以及随着煤泥水澄清处理难度增加,现有煤泥水处理技术不能满足生产需求的现实问题,介绍了三种煤泥水处理新方法,并阐述分析了三种处理方法的工作原理及应用情况。分析结果表明:三种方法均可实现煤泥水的有效处理,并且能够节约药剂,降低煤泥水处理成本,但若投入工业化应用,尚需不断完善与优化;在实际生产中,应结合选煤厂生产情况和原煤性质,选择合适的煤泥水处理方法。

       

      Abstract: The use of agents for treating coal slurry water is liable to cause environmental pollution, and is disadvantageous to realization of green cleaning and utilization of coal. Moreover, with the increase of the difficulty in clarification of the slurry water, the slurry water treatment technologies currently applied can not yield the required result. In order to address this issue, 3 new slurry water treatment methods are proposed, and analysis is made of the working principle of and the effect obtained with the use of each method. Practice shows that the use of the 3 methods are all effective, agents saving and low in cost. Nevertheless, there is still a large room for further improvement and the methods need to be incessantly optimized. For industrial application, an appropriate method needs to be selected according to operating conditions of the coal cleaning plant and the property of raw coal.
