    屯兰选煤厂高灰细粒煤泥浮选试验研究

    Experimental study on flotation of the high-ash fine slime of Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对屯兰选煤厂高灰细粒煤泥浮选难度高、效率低等问题,分别采用不同型号起泡剂、捕收剂和抑制剂进行浮选试验,探讨不同药剂用量以及药剂相互结合条件下的浮选优化试验。试验结果表明:适量药剂的添加会使浮选效果变好,抑制剂对高灰细粒煤泥的精煤产率影响最大。在仲辛醇用量为80 g/t、煤油用量为400 g/t和水玻璃用量为60 g/t时,浮选效果达到最佳,可燃体回收率为88.22%,浮选完善指标为61.76%。

       

      Abstract: Flotation of the plant′s high-ash fine slime is difficult in process and low in efficiency. To address this issue, test is made on flotation of this material using different types of frothers, collectors and inhibitors, so as to explore the optimal dosages of agents and the combined effect of different agents that can be obtained. Test result shows that: the use of properly dosed agents can help improve flotation result; the depressing agent can exert the greatest influence on yield of flotation concentrate; and when use is made of sec.-capryl alcohol, kerosene and sodium silicate at dosages of 80 g/t, 400 g/t and 60 g/t respectively, a best result can be expected with a recovery of combustible matters reaching 88.22% and a flotation perfect index of 61.76%.
