    Numerical simulation and optimum design of the crossbeam of the ZK3648 vibrating screen

    • 摘要: 振动筛设备广泛应用于选煤厂,横梁是振动筛的关键部件,其结构设计对整机的性能有很大影响。为使ZK3648振动筛的整机运行稳定,采用数值仿真的方法,对不同横梁结构形式进行了优化设计,通过分析比较不同结构横梁的静力学和动力学数值仿真计算结果,同时综合考虑改进后的经济性以及是否利于现场维修更换,确定了最佳结构形式为改进结构4型(根据筛子横梁截面抗弯模量相等原则设计),为横梁的优化设计提供了理论指导。

       

      Abstract: Vibrating screen is widely used in coal preparation sector. The structural design of the crossbeam, a key part of vibrating screen, has a great bearing on the working performance of the equipment. For ensuring the stability of the ZK3648 screen in operation, optimum design of the crossbeams in different structural forms is made by using numerical simulation method. Based on the result of analysis and comparison of the simulated static and dynamic characteristics of the cross beams in varying structural forms, and considering the cost-effectiveness and maintenance convenience of the reformed crossbeam, the beam in structural form 4# designed by principle of equal bending modulus of cross-beam section of screen is regarded as the one with the most optimal structural design. The study made in the paper may serve as a guidance for optimization of design of crossbeam of vibrating screen.
