    机械辅助排料新型浅槽重介分选机的研究

    Study of the new type of shallow-bath heavy medium separator fitted with mechanically-assisted discharge mechanism

    • 摘要: 为解决浅槽重介分选机在原煤排矸工艺中,因介质循环量巨大而导致能耗居高不下的问题,在将传统浅槽重介分选机精煤溢流口增加了排料装置,并将增加排料装置的新型浅槽重介分选机和传统机型进行对比,分析排料轮的存在对分选效果的影响;同时通过对合格介质循环泵的频率进行分析,计算出采用排料装置后减少的介质循环量。研究结果表明,新型浅槽重介分选机增加排料装置后,可实现主动排料,使介质循环量减少,起到了节能降耗的作用。

       

      Abstract: The shallow-bath heavy medium separator as a coarse coal washing equipment is nowadays widely used for raw coal deshaling operation. The separator is seen to operate for this application with a high energy consumption because of large medium circulation volume. Based on study result, a discharge rotor is fitted at the clean coal overflow port of the traditional separator. Following a comparison of the structural parameters of the traditional separator and the new-type separator, analysis is made of the effect of the addition of the discharge rotor on separating performance. The reduction of circulating medium volume is also calculated through analysis of variation of frequency of medium circulating pump. Study result shows the new-type separator can carry out automatic discharge of clean coal with reduced medium circulating volume and energy consumption.
