    CXR-1000智能干选机在鲁西矿的应用

    Application of the CXR-1000 intelligent dry cleaning machine at Luxi Mine Coal Cleaning Plant

    • 摘要: 介绍了CXR-1000智能干选机的结构、工作原理、技术特点及技术参数。针对鲁西矿块煤手捡排矸效果差,矸石带煤率高等问题,鲁西矿采用CXR-1000智能干选机进行块煤排矸。生产实践表明:CXR-1000智能干选机分选效率在95%以上,矸石带煤率低于2%,既改善了工作环境,提高了煤的回收率,又增加了经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The paper starts with an introduction to the structural design, working principle, technical parameters and technical features of the CRX-1000 intelligent dry cleaning machine. The machine is selected for use by the plant for raw coal deshaling to replace the low-efficiency handpicking operation and avoid loss of coal in refuse. Practice shows that the machine can work with an efficiency of over 95% with a loss of coal in waste being below 2%, and its use has led to improvement of working environment, increase of clean coal recovery and improvement of economic result.
