Abstract:
The study is made with the industrial QZK2041 high-frequency screening machine working with curved surface as the object. Following an analysis of the factors causing the frequent replacement of the meshwork of the machine, a comparison is made of the arcuate screen surface and the planar screen surface with negative inclination angle in terms of screening efficiency and maintenance costs. Through the analysis, it is proposed to use the latter screen surface for achieving a much improved screening performance and cutting down operating costs. Through technical transformation of screen deck support and readjustment of the height of both front and rear deck supports, the machine is made possible to switch to the use of plane screen surface with negative inclination angle without the need to change the main structure of the screening.
