    降低浅槽重介分选机矸石带煤率的技术实践

    Technical practice of reducing loss of coal in refuse in coal cleaning with shallow-bath heavy medium separator

    • 摘要: 为了解决重介选煤厂矸石带煤率超标,容易引起矸石自燃,以及精煤产率降低等问题,一号井选煤厂对浅槽重介分选机选后矸石带煤率高的影响因素进行了分析,并找出相应解决办法。从而降低了矸石带煤率,减少了对环境的污染,提高了企业的经济效益与社会效益。

       

      Abstract: The heavy medium separation system of the No. 1 Mine Washery is facing the trouble that the loss of coal in refuse goes beyond the specified limit, which leads to as a result more liability of refuse to undergo spontaneous combustion and decrease of yield of clean coal. To address this problem, analysis is made of the factors behind the high loss of coal in refuse in separation using the shallow-bath heavy medium separator, and based on analysis, corresponding technical measures are adopted. The adoption of the measures has led to less loss of coal in refuse, reduced environmental pollution and improved social and economic benefits.
