    马脊梁选煤厂加压过滤机故障分析及解决方法

    Analysis of the cause of malfunction of the pressure filter and remedial measures in Majiliang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 以马脊梁选煤厂HBF-S120型加压过滤机为例,介绍了加压过滤机结构及工作原理,并对加压过滤机在使用中出现的加压仓仓压低、刮板输送机报警、上/下闸板开关不到位、上/下密封圈充/泄气超时、卸料仓充/放气超时等故障进行分析,确定故障原因,并提出解决方案,有效提高了加压过滤机的稳定性,提高了设备使用率。

       

      Abstract: Following an introduction to the structural design and working principle of the pressure filter with the HBF-S120 version used at Majiliang Coal Preparation Plant as an example, the paper goes to analyze the causes behind the common faults of the filter in operation, such as low air pressure in pressure chamber, scraper conveyor issuing failure alarms, incapability of the switches of both upper and lower sluice gates to move to correct positions, timeout of air intake and blowing operations due to breakdown of upper and lower sealing rings, and timeout of air charging and blowing operations of cake discharge chamber. The use of the remedial measures proposed has led to much enhanced stability and utilization rate of the pressure filter.
