    Practice of optimization of product structure at Selian No.2 Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了优化商品煤产品结构,以获得最大的经济效益,色连二矿选煤厂在充分分析原煤煤质的基础上,设计了四种原煤配选方案,通过产品结构分析和经济效益测算,确定了适宜分选的方案,为选煤生产提供了指导。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the optimum product structure for maximizing economic benefit, the plant conducts an in-depth analysis of the property of raw coal and based on which a comparison is made of 4 different alternative raw coal cleaning schemes and the product mix of each scheme. The advantages and disadvantages of each cleaning scheme are defined on market economic accounting basis. The study result can serve as a guidance for the plant′s coal washing operations.
