    纳林河二号矿井选煤厂精煤破碎机适应性技改实践

    The technical measures for improvement of adaptability of clean coal crusher at Nalinhe No.2 Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决因精煤破碎机破碎能力不足而制约产能的问题,纳林河二号矿井选煤厂结合理论分析,对破碎机入料溜槽及内部齿辊旋向进行了改造,并增加了破碎梁。改造完成后,选煤厂生产能力明显提升,为打造千万吨级矿井提供了有力保障。

       

      Abstract: The capacity of the coal preparation plant is restricted due to undercapacity of the clean coal crusher. Through study of the plant′s existing coal cleaning practice and theoretical analysis, work is made on renovation of the crusher by taking technical measures. These include adding a grizzle on the feed chute, changing the rotating direction of the toothed roll, and adding a crushing beam. The renovation has led to noticeable increase of the treating capacity of the plant and provides a technical support for the mine to become a super one with a capacity of 10 Mt/a.
