    石板选煤发电厂优化浮选效果的实践

    Practice on optimization of performance of flotation system of Shiban Coal Preparation & Power Plant

    • 摘要: 针对石板选煤发电厂浮选工艺现状及存在的问题,通过对现有的浮选系统进行研究,采用安装浮选自动加药系统,完善浮选工艺,优化浮选精煤过滤效果等技术改造的方法,实现了优化浮选效果,提高精煤产率,降低药剂消耗的目的,取得了良好的应用效果和经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In view of the current status and the problems confronted by the flotation system of Shiban Plant, a study on technical renovation of the system is made. The technical measures adopted include introduction of automatic reagent dosing system, improvement of flotation process and optimization of concentrate filtration performance. The renovation work has led to increase of yield of concentrate product, reduction of consumption of agents and improvement of flotation performance and hence economic result.
