    智能风水联动喷雾系统在马头洗选厂的应用

    Application of the intelligent pneumohydraulically-operated spray system at Matou Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对受煤卸车点原煤段产生的煤粉、扬尘随之带来的设备、人身及环保等一系列问题,为彻底从源头解决煤尘问题,马头洗选厂在采用传统的“封、堵、排”等工艺基础上,创新采用了智能风水联动喷雾系统,利用风和水在一定配比及压力下联动混合形成水雾,有效实现了对大面积煤尘的良好除尘效果。

       

      Abstract: The phenomenon of spreading of coal dust generated by raw coal unloading operations at the raw coal receiving pit becomes more aggravated, which gives rise to a series of equipment, personal and environment-related problems. In order to thoroughly eliminate the problems at the source, an innovative air and water-actuated spray system is developed by the plant on the basis of the conventional sealing, blocking and discharge technologies. The water mist generated by the combined action of air and water which are in a certain ratio and under a certain pressure can effectively suppress the coal dust spreading over a large area.
