    Study on recovery of heavily oxidized fine coal slime

    • 摘要: 通过对山西长治地区细粒级深度氧化煤泥特性的分析,在难以通过浮选进行有效分选的基础上,制定并采用煤泥旋流器配套LXA螺旋分选机和ZKJ-D叠层高频细筛的回收工艺,从而实现了对该氧化煤泥的有效分选,为现场创造了可观的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The fine coal slime in Changzhi Mining Area is difficult to get effectively separated with the use of flotation process. To tackle this problem, an analysis is made on the property of the slime. Based on analysis result, the existing coal cleaning system is renovated through the use of hydrocyclone in combination with the LXA spiral separator and ZKJ-D laminated vibrating fine screen. The renovation makes it possible to realize effective separation of the heavily-oxidized fine coal with a high separation sharpness and feasibility, creating as a result a noticeably favorable economic benefit for the plant.
