    吕临能化选煤厂尾煤泥再选工艺的优化

    Optimized of the tailings product reconcentration process at the coal preparation plant of Lyulin Energy & Chemical Company

    • 摘要: 针对高灰尾煤泥的滞销、顶库和环保问题,吕临能化选煤厂在现有的尾煤泥再选工艺的基础上进行优化。生产实践表明,尾煤泥通过预先脱除矸石磁选尾矿+浓缩再浮工艺可有效回收该物料的中煤资源,中矿产率可达40%,中煤产率增加2%,将再选尾矿灰分提高到75%以上作为固体废弃物,提高了尾煤泥的利用率,为公司创造了良好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: Overstocking of sluggish sales of high-ash coal slime and environmental protection are the problems facing Lyulin Coal Preparation Plant. To tackle the problems, work is made on the optimization of the existing tailings product reconcentration process. Practice shows that by resorting to pre-removal of fines from refuse magnetic tailings plus, thickening and reflotation process, the middlings product can be effectively recovered. By using this process, the rate of middlings reclaimed is up to 40% with a rise of yield of middlings by 2% and an increase of tailings ash to over 75%, which can be discarded as solid waste. This can not only enhance the rate of utilization of coal slime but also create a favorable economic benefit for the plant.
