    华宁选煤厂浮选精煤脱水试验研究

    Experimental study on dewatering of flotation concentrate at Huaning Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对浮选精煤水分高的问题,华宁选煤厂采用添加助滤剂的方法来降低精煤水分。通过实验室真空过滤脱水试验发现,十二烷基苯磺酸钠和三种聚丙烯酰胺对浮选精煤均有较好的脱水作用。其中,非离子聚丙烯酰胺的脱水效果最好,当非离子聚丙烯酰胺用量为50g/t时,精煤水分最低达到21.0%,相比不添加药剂时,精煤水分为28.5%,降低了7.5个百分点,有效降低了浮选精煤水分,为现场精煤水分的脱除提供了指导。

       

      Abstract: To tackle the problem regarding the high moisture of flotation concentrate, study is made to reduce the concentrate moisture through the use of filter aids. Result of laboratory-scale vacuum filtration dewatering experiment shows that a noticeably good result can be obtained with the use of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and three kinds of polyacrylamides. Among them, the nonionic polycrylamide proves to be most effective, and at a dosage of 50 g/t, the concentrate moisture can be lowered down to 21.0%, down by 7.5% against the figure of 28.5% when no agents were added. It poves that the addition of filter aid can lead to noticeable reduction of the moisture of flotation concentrate. The study result provides a theoretical basis for the effective dewatering of flotation concentrate in coal preparation plants.
