    煤用水力旋流器发展现状研究

    State-of-the-art of the development of coal hydrocyclone

    • 摘要: 基于煤炭集约开发、绿色开采、高效转化、清洁利用的要求,原煤入选率不断提高,煤泥水中细粒煤的高效分级、浓缩逐渐成为各个选煤厂重视的处理环节。作为选煤厂主要的煤泥分级和浓缩设备,水力旋流器在煤泥水处理中得到广泛的应用。文章介绍了水力旋流器的结构和工作原理,总结了其柱段、锥段、进料段、溢流段及底流段等结构的研究进展,最后对水力旋流器向智能化、结构多样化、超大型化或微型化以及材料多样化发展趋势进行了展望,以为今后水力旋流器的结构设计及利用提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Given the demands for carrying out both intensified and green mining, high-efficiency conversion and clean utilization of coal, the proportion of raw coal treated has been seen to keep rising. Meanwhile, the high-efficiency classification and thickening of fine coal in slurry water has gradually become a process link attracting the attention of every coal preparation plant. Hydrocyclone as a key equipment for making high-efficiency classification and thickening of coal slime has found widespread application in slurry water treatment system of coal cleaning plant. The paper introduces the structure and working principle of hydrocyclone, and presents a summary of the progress of the research work on hydrocyclone′s cylindrical, conical, feed inlet, overflow and underflow parts. Finally, the co-authors point out the trend of development of hydrocyclone is toward making it intelligentized, diversified in structure, polarized in size, and diversed in manufacture materials. The study made herein provides a reference for hydrocyclone design and application in the future.
